It is not necessary that if dA/dx=0 then Area will be maximum. It can be minimum and for that we use second differentiation check. Am I Correct or not ?

In the last question, the answer we get is minimum value of Area of the triangle and its maximum value extends to Infinity. Please Sir confirmed it and tell whether I said correct or not, so it can help to many viewers and they cannot confused.

Sir i think there is a little mistake in the last question where you took 2 common in the eqn. 2x2 + +6x - 36 = 0. But the error does not affect the answer but the solution of the eqn. will be x=3,-6. If we have to find the min value of the triangle your son. of the eqn. will be wrong.
