  2. Sir, can you give a visual as to how the electric field will look like when a small hole is cut in a hollow conductor? In that case, the "closed hollow conductor will have zero electric field" theory will not be applicable and the remaining part of the surface will have electric fields passing from the inside also, right? So it would look like a normal closed hollow conductor overflowing from the inside too right?
