vS is the volume flow rate of the particles in cubic meter per second and when we multiply it with molecular density n0...it gives the rate at which particles collide with the wall..... And S is the stream area so area on which stream will be colliding on the wall will be S/(cos theta) you can see it by making a triangle on stream where it is striking the wall...
