    Here R and phi/theta are both constants and A and B are also constants so I have just defined a relation among constants with which we are able to transform the given equation in the known form of equation of SHM... thats it...

    A and B are constants and any two constants can always be expressed in terms of two other constants... which we have done here to reduce the given function in the form of SHM...
