  6. If temperature is a 'measure of energy...' then its dimensions should be same as that of Energy??

    No... as brightness of light is also a measure of power consumption of a bulb but its dimensions are not as that of power or energy... its defined as illuminance... similarly temperature gives an idea about the thermal energy content of body not analytical measurement...
