The crux over here is that we are taking heat from that low temperature body by doing some external work on the refrigerator system....A body at low temperature doesn't mean that it has no heat at all....IT HAS HEAT AS LESS AMOUNT...That's the thing to be understood first...An yeah one imp thing as well we are considering input for this system as external work to be done and the output is the heat taken from the low temperature body.....
