  2. Respected Sir, Please tell me that in the last step in order to calculate the time period,why don't we multiply it with 2 and instead you multiply by 4..I think it should be 2 because it will pass through the (l-x)region twice..please explain that why shoild we multiply it with 4?

    From one extreme we have calculated the time to fill the capacitor i.e. the time from extreme to mean position which is one quarter of the time period of whole motion when the slab reaches its initial position after one complete oscillation thats why we multiply it with 4...
