    g is taken as -ve .....see acceleration of a two bodies moving towards each other is their sum of acceleration.As the acceleration of the ball thrown up is -g.....g (-g)=g-g...

  28. Sir in this video you have first taken A to be at rest so why did you added the velocities of both A and B while taking relative velocity of B with respect to A because you have considered B to be at rest?

    As we are calculating vel of B with respect to A or as observed in the frame of A, we need to add velocities as these are in opposite direction and as seen by A vel of B will be vA + vB
