  2. Sir why the current Ic is zero when Vce is zero? At zero Vce small Ic should be present and at zero current the value of Vce should be slightly negetive?

    For small Vce collector biasing is not sufficient enough to pull most of majority careers emitted by emitter so collector current changes rapidly with small change in Vce...
