If we keep the electric field constant and on increasing the area (say A1 to A2 where A2 is greater then A1) then it implies that phi1=EA1 is smaller than phi2=EA2. but as electric flux is the measure of electric field strength then how on increasing only the area can increase the strengh of electric field?(whenE is not changing)

  4. electric flux as defined - just the no. of electric field lines passing through the given area . Then why does it has unit as V-m ? Why it is not UNITLESS ?

    Flux tells us about the...strength of electric field..electric field lines are jus imaginary you can't really calculate their no. ..its jus the strength
