  2. sir in the starting..why have you taken different magnitude of current in the middle resistor of the first three resistors.. i.e you have taken I1 and I1 for above and below resistor but I2 in the middle one...As the resistors are same 'same amount of current should pass through each resistor...

    Due to symmetry... top and bottom paths are same but the middle path is not same in middle path total two resistances connected to the right terminal whereas in top and bottom three are there with the middle branches...?
