    its easy first take sin(u) as x then u will have to differentiate x^2 and x^2 differentiation is 2x put value of x= sin(u) then u will get 2sin(u) then differentiate sin(u) which is cos(u) then multiply cos(u) and 2sin(u) = 2sin(u)cos(u) which is also equal to sin(2u)
