  2. sir why have you taken dE=integral(sin theta) as sin theta will be cancelled out. but in gravitation you have taken cos theta which os correct according to me. please explain please.

    The considered point p is not equitorial to the rod and hence it is not symmetric, hence dEsintheta of both the sides wont cancel each other
